• The registration fees mentioned above include participation in scientific sessions and documents related to the congress, excluding VAT.

• Registration requests; with the written application, the payment receipts will be sent to Z Event Congress Organization Services and a written confirmation will be sent.

• External participation fee will be applied for the participants who do not receive accommodation. External participation fee include coffee breaks and lunches during the meeting.

• Registration fees must be deposited to the account number given below.

• Meeting registration fee includes bag, name tag, final program, and certificate of participation.

Attention!

External Participation (participation without accommodation) *

All accommodation processes should be done over Z Event. In case of not staying in meeting hotels or not having accommodation through Z Event, a fee of 140 Euros for 2 days for external participation (participation without accommodation) will be added to the registration fee. Since it won’t be possible to enter the hotel without paying the participation without accommodation fee, we kindly request you to carry out your payment with your registration.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS of REGISTRATION

 

• Cancellation requests for registration must be communicated to Z Event and organization by e-mail to the address İstanbulchip@zevent.com.tr

• Cancellation requests made until September 23, 2022, will be refunded fully after the deduction of bank costs.

• There will be no refund for the cancellations made after the date September 23, 2022. It will be possible to make name changes until the latest September 23, 2022. Congress Organization Committee and Z Event do not accept any responsibility for any changes after the very date.

• All reimbursements shall be made after the end of the congress.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Should a delegate not attend the Meeting, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
